Objective :
To modernize the online presence of Salon L’Esthétique, a long-standing beauty salon in Montréal, by replacing their dated 2015 website with a fresh, fully responsive site that better reflects their premium services (face, body, waxing) and enhances user engagement (bookings, contact, discovery).






Initial Idea and Intent :
The initial idea was to bring the salon’s elegance and professionalism to the forefront: a clean design, contemporary styling, refined visuals, and an intuitive layout. The intent was to create a digital experience that feels as welcoming and luxurious as stepping into the salon itself, making it easy for visitors to find services, view offerings, and submit enquiries, even on mobile devices.
Challenge :
The primary challenge was working with an old website built around 2015 that likely lacked responsive design, modern UX patterns, and content structure optimized for both desktop and mobile. It required rethinking the information architecture (services, categories like “face”, “body”, “waxing”), ensuring brand consistency, incorporating high-quality imagery, and making sure the site loads efficiently and is easy for the client to manage moving forward.
